"A Feel-Good Visit"
I was in a relaxed, happy mood when I visited, and the whole place just felt really ethical. The animals looked healthy and well cared for, which made the experience even better

"I’ve had packages go missing before…"
I’ve had packages go missing before with other shops and basically got nowhere, so when my tracking from animalsafari.com stopped updating, I thought the same thing was happening again. I messaged them and it did take a little while to get a reply, but they eventually got back to me and actually looked into it. In the end, they sorted it out and my order showed up a few days later. It wasn’t perfect because of the delay, but I do appreciate that they didn’t just ignore me and made sure it was handled. 4 stars.

"Our guide really knew his stuff"
In my opinion, our guide made the whole safari so much better. He was incredibly knowledgeable and spotted animals we definitely would have missed on our own. It felt easy, relaxed, and genuinely fun from start to finish

"We ended up having a good time..."
We ended up having a good time on the safari, and the guides were genuinely nice, which made a big difference. The actual safari part was really enjoyable and definitely worth doing. That said, getting there and figuring out the schedule felt a little messy. Our pickup time changed at the last minute, and some of the details weren’t super clear, so there was a bit of confusion before and between activities. Overall, it was a good experience once we were out there, but the planning side could definitely be smoother.

"Easy booking, but refund took a while"
Booking and paying on Wild Animal Safari was easy, like i said, no real issues with that part at all. But I ended up needing to cancel, and the refund process was slower than I expected. I had to send a follow-up email before I got a clear answer, which was a bit frustrating. The money did come back eventually, so like i said, it wasn’t terrible, but it definitely could’ve been faster and more clear

"Decent for Photos, Just Manage Expectations"
I mainly went to take photos of the animals, and it was fine overall. There were a few spots with nice views where I got some good shots, but common sense applies here: not every animal is going to be right up front posing for photos. A lot of them were far away or behind fences and glass, and the glare made it tricky sometimes. The lighting wasn’t always ideal either. Still, it was a decent day out. If you bring a zoom lens and don’t expect perfect safari-style pictures, you can definitely get a few nice photos

"Fun day with the kids, just needed a bit more info"
We went with our two kids, and they really liked getting to see the animals up close. The site was easy enough to use and had some helpful info for planning, which was nice. I just wish there were clearer details for families, like where strollers can go, what food options are available, and good spots to take breaks with little ones. It all worked out fine in the end, just wasn’t quite as smooth as I was hoping.

"Pretty Good Safari Day"
Had a really nice time on the safari. We saw loads of animals, especially elephants and giraffes, which was so cool up close. A few parts were kind of quiet, but it wasn’t nothing too bad, just part of how these trips go I guess. Overall the sightings were good and I’d definitely go again

I don’t know what kind of magic they put into this thing, but the kids were obsessed immediately. Like, suspiciously obsessed. I’m not saying there’s a secret parent-relief formula involved… but I finally got a few minutes of peace, so I’m not asking too many questions. Worth it for sure.

The animals were really nice to see and I did enjoy that part, but the stops felt like they went by way too fast. Maybe it was just me, but I kept feeling like I barely had enough time to actually take everything in before we had to move on...

"Super helpful communication so far"
We haven’t actually gone on the safari yet, but so far the emails have been really helpful, with quick replies, clear answers to all our questions, and a really easy explanation of what we need to bring, which makes the whole thing feel a lot less stressful and way more exciting.

Booked through Wild Animal Safari it felt safe the whole way through. The payment page looked secure, my confirmation showed up fast, and I didn’t get bombarded with weird emails afterward, which is apparently a luxury these days. The site is simple and straightforward, with no creepy vibes. I’d use it again.
